Green Valley Brewing Co. (GVBC) is a family-owned craft brewery, taproom, and restaurant. We’re located in Hudson, Ohio, just a short stroll from the town center.

GVBC’s goal is to brew great beer and make great food. Our 10 bbl brewing system allows us to use new-age techniques on both classic and contemporary beers, along with a full bar. The menu consists of on-site, wood-fired pizzas, salads, classic brewery pretzels, sandwiches, and appetizers.

The patio makes GVBC a great place to enjoy a large and fenced-in green space, which includes patio tables and sun sails. Bring the kids to play outside, and those friendly and leashed dogs, too!

The owners of GVBC are a group of friends who were born and raised in the area; they have known each other since high school and love raising their daughters together. Green Valley is a dream, materialized, that has been ‘brewing’ for more than a decade. Thank you for supporting us!
